About Metricsjar
Metricsjar is an agent-first analytics dashboard for people who already build with coding agents.
It started from a recurring annoyance: the data existed, the agent could query it, and yet checking the same few numbers still meant opening another session, waiting, and asking again. A dashboard solved the glance. The agent solved the setup.
What we are building
Your coding agent connects Search Console, Google Analytics, DataForSEO, App Store Connect, RevenueCat, and other sources from your own machine. It uses your accounts and your credentials, then publishes the computed rows to one private dashboard you can open from your phone.
Metricsjar does not try to become another warehouse or own the source connections. The local side is a readable tool your agent can inspect, maintain, and extend.
How we make decisions
- Credentials stay local. Source keys belong on your machine.
- Plausible is not correct. We re-derive metrics from their source before treating them as trustworthy.
- Missing is not zero. Pending, stale, unavailable, and measured zero are different states.
- The agent should show its work. Setup checks and source calculations need to be explainable.
- The dashboard stays small. It is for the numbers worth glancing at. Use the agent for the changing questions.
